USA: We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Due to high volumes of orders weekly it can take longer to fulfill and ship out packages, especially during sales and holidays. Please allow up to 2-7 business days for orders to process. Please also take our 2-7 day fulfillment time into consideration when picking your delivery service. Packages usually ship next day but can take longer because of the influx of orders daily. All orders are shipped via FedEx and USPS.
Depending on which shipping option you choose, the shipping time counts once the order is fulfilled and picked up by the carrier, it does not count from the time the order is placed and for the time it takes to fulfill.
Orders over $149 can get free shipping. Depending on weight, the order usually ships USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Due to this the shipping allotted time can range from 2-7 business days once the order is fulfilled. (This minimum can change during sales as well.)
If you have specific deliver requests or live at an address that is known for stealing, please contact the shipper that you picked during checkout for shipping to let them know of your delivery requests, (we are not the actual shipper of any online orders).
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your order is packed and shipped within 2-7 business days of your purchase. Please remember this when choosing the 1-Day Shipping option. The 1-7 days that it takes to ship only counts when it is picked up by the delivery service that you chose, it does not include the time that it will take to fulfill the order at the warehouse.
- Average delivery time for domestic orders depends on the service you choose, it ranges between 3-7 business days.
- Average delivery time for international orders, again depends on the shipping service you select, it ranges between 5-20 business days (duties and taxes are not included.
- After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, late deliveries or undeliverable addresses.

Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at email@example.com immediately. If your order has already been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address. The only thing we can do is, wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then forward it to the correct address. If the package does not get returned, we (Clout Products) cannot be held financially responsible for customer errors.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers and staff, we DO NOT accept returns of: glass art, quartz accessories, glass accessories, clothing and all branded merch.
No Refunds or Exchanges accepted once purchased and received. All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with your items and we will do our best to help you.
For All Glass Accessories and Glass
If you receive any glass accessories, water pipes or bangers that are damaged due to shipping, we will replace those damaged items.
Damaged or broken items must be claimed within 24 hours from the time of delivery and must have photos provided of the damage. We will not accept any claims after 24 hours. Items must be unused and are reviewed on a case by case basis.
