DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?
Yes we do! It's a 1 year warranty with no need to register your product with us. We warranty products if it is a manufacturing error, if it breaks due to user error the warranty is voided.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Your order is packed and shipped within 2-5 business days of your purchase. Please advise this when choosing the 1-Day Shipping option. The 1-7 days that it takes to ship only counts when it is picked up by the delivery service that you chose, it does not include the time that it will take to fulfill the order at the warehouse.
- Average delivery time for domestic orders depends on the service you choose, it ranges between 3-7 business days.
- Average delivery time for international orders, again depends on the shipping service you select, it ranges between 5-20 business days (duties and taxes are not included.
- After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries, late deliveries or undeliverable addresses.
If you have a question concerning tracking or shipping for domestic or international orders, please contact the mailing service you picked (USPS & Fedex).
USPS First Class Packages do not have insurance on them. If the address is incorrect or the package is lost it will not be insured and cannot be replaced often times, so please keep this in mind when checking out.
We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of USA holidays on Eastern Standard Time. It can take 2-5 business days to fulfill orders from when they are purchased due to the high volume of shipments that we handle weekly, so keep this in mind when picking your shipping. Packages are picked up between 3-4:30 from our warehouse, we try to get every order out in a timely manner so anything after that will be shipped the following days.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
We are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred on International orders, so yes, you will have to pay for duties.
MY ITEM IS LOST IN THE MAIL, WHAT DO I DO?
We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
You are also responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. Please email us immediately if you enter information incorrectly, we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet!
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We will happily replace a damaged item or re-ship you an item if you received something incorrectly upon arrival.
Damaged or broken items must be claimed within 24 hours from the time of delivery and must have photos provided of the damage. We will not accept any claims after 24 hours. Items must be unused and are reviewed on a case by case basis.

WHAT IF I RECIEVED THE WRONG ITEM?
If you received the incorrect item, please let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org . Please add your Name and Order # in an email and a member of our Support Team will get back to you as soon as possible.
In the rare case that you received the incorrect item, we will be happy to send you the correct one at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item.
WHAT IF I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS?
If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not already shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address.
If you provide an incorrect address at the time of the order we cannot guarantee that you will be able to change it. We ship orders as quickly as we can so that you can enjoy your purchase sooner!
DO I GET A RECEIPT?
Receipts are provided with your order confirmation email. Please make sure to put in the correct email address when checking out. We do not provide a paper receipt for orders due to not wanting to kill more trees (SAVE THE FOREST!). Since everything is digitally sent via email to customers there's no need for the paper version.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER?
If your package is returned to us for any reason you will be responsible for paying for the package to be sent again.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Most likely yes, with a few exceptions. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.
Again, international customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be due when receiving an international order. We currently ship from West Chester, PA.
TIPS ON BATTERIES AND BATTERY LIFE?
Batteries are not a product that will last you a lifetime, they eventually burn out like any product; whether it be your phone, laptop, Duracell batteries in your T.V. remote or gamer control. It's lifetime on the shelf is often times not going to last you longer than 3 years to 5 years (5 years would be tremendous), which means that they eventually do need to replaced like when you go out and buy a new phone, laptop or camera.
Tip #1 to keep your batteries lasting longer, we advise not to ever charge your battery in the car, this could drain the batteries life to never holding a charge just after one charge in a car, draining a freshly charged battery in just a few minutes. It can even overheat to the point of dangerous consequences. Alternators do not put out a consistent power source since the engine is always being used at different speeds. Too high of an output can lead to ruining your devices battery. Try not to ever charge in a car!
Tip #2 to keep your batteries lasting longer would mean to never charge any battery over night, 1-3 times will not see an effect, but if this is done continuously it can lead to batteries losing power a lot faster, the battery will seem like it's not holding a charge for as long as it used to because of overcharging.
Tip #3 make sure when either plugging in the Micro USB charger into the battery or when screwing the charger onto the battery you are careful, being forceful or careless with the plugging in and or screwing into the battery can mess up the pins or bend the connectors on the battery. If the connections don't touch and line up it can lead to the battery not getting a charge which will lead to the battery not working when you try to turn it on.
Tip #4 always keep the pins on the batteries that use the screw on charge clean. Those pens would be the Oozi_Clip, DL1, DL1+ and the Re_Up. If the pins have any residue on them it can make it hard for the two pins (1 on the battery and 1 on the charger), from connecting which means that it will either take longer to charge or it won't charge at all. To keep them clean I recommend cleaning the pins with a q-tip, if you want you can use 90% Rubbing Alcohol too, but do not soak the cotton because if any of that liquid gets into the batteries internal parts that could destroy the battery. Just think of it as you wouldn't get your phone soaking wet so why would you do that to a Clout device.

We all know that the contents that go into our pens is already hard to deal with due to it's consistency. No matter what the type it's always going to be sticky and a pain to deal with and that's before you try to put it inside of a small chamber that heats it up and pulls the smoke up through that said chamber.
